As a Columbia University trained Clinical Nutritionist and Hormone Health Expert, I specialized in identifying the root cause of hormone imbalances through in-depth testing, and remedying the imbalance with proper diet and lifestyle changes. My own personal journey with PCOS ignited my mission to help women recognize the strength in their bodies and save them from undiagnosed issues or band aid treatments that often prolong infertility. I was also on the hamster wheel of success, doing exactly what I told my clients not to do.
As the Co-Founder of My Wellness Solutions and working with hundreds of women over a decade, I know the trials and tribulations women face getting to conception and beyond. In 2023, I received ancestral guidance to walk away from my Girl Boss life, My Wellness Solutions, a business I helped grown for over a decade, and NYC - the place that raised me.
Today, I reside in Michigan with my husband and 5 1/2 year old daughter, Demi. I’ve nurtured a deep spiritual connection with myself over the past year and today I’m happy to once again reconnect with all the divine messages from your spirit babies, your higher self, and your ancestors.
